The simplicity of preparing this dish and the everyday ingredients it calls for, coupled with a really nice blend of flavors makes for a great meal. My personal preference says this definitely needs the optional toppings Mark has shown or others of your choice!

This was extremely easy to make. I especially like your method of softening the tortillas...no more burnt fingers from dipping them in hot oil. I only used one can of Ranch-style beans but definitely could have used two. Thanks for a great recipe. Yum!
