ingredients

• 1 ounce gourmet black cherry syrup
• 1 1⁄2 ounces hot fresh espresso or 1 1/2 ounces hot coffee
• 8 ounces steamed milk
• whipped cream
• 1 maraschino cherry

directions

1. Mix syrup, espresso, and milk together in a warmed coffee glass or mug.
2. Top with whipped cream and a cherry.

This was a great tasting coffee beverage with great cherry flavoring! I used maraschino cherry syrup instead of the black cherry and I omitted the whip cream. Made for the Summer 2009 Comfort Cafe.
