  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter or margarine.
  3. Add onion powder, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard; mix well.
  4. Dilute ketchup with water and add to saucepan mixture.
  5. Let simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Place chicken wings in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  7. Pour saucepan mixture over chicken.
  8. Bake, uncovered, in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
