good way to prepare veggies so your kids or you will want to eat them can easly add or subtract differnt kinds of veggies

  1. Cut up all veggies from potatoes to garlic. if you add spices sprinkle and stir together with veggies.
  2. Saute in olive oil on high heat for 5 minutes. Than add half of the beef broth and reduce.
  3. Add the rest of the beef broth and reduce, when almost reduced add brown suger and bbq sauce. reduce the sauce and the rest of the broth.
