      Excellent! I can see why this is one of your favorites. The flavors are wonderful together. I ended up roasting the veggies instead of bbq-ing, because I don't have a grill plate/basket. I reallyyyyyy need to get one of those. This combination of veggies worked wonderfully well in the oven though! Made for ZWT8 Australia/NZ

      Great way to make grilled veggies! I had to make them in the oven, too, but that really works well, we loved this dish. Thanks for sharing :)

      Made 1/2 of the recipe for myself for lunch and then the next day for supper. I had a large red onion in the refrigerator that needed to be used so I added it and marinated all day. DH grilled the vege's and I loved the smokey flavor from the grill and the bit of tang from the marinade. A keeper for me! Made and reviewed for the ZWT8 - 2010.

      I loved all of the colorful ingredients! I marinated everything about two hours & elected to thread onto skewers along with cubes of pork tenderloin. Cooking on a contact grill took about 8 minutes per 3 skewers so it made a nice summer meal without heating the kitchen. Win! Win!
