I made this recipe because it reminded me of something I had at Chili's called Monterrey Chicken. Same idea, only Monterrey Jack cheese, and a pico de gallo on top. Anyway, this was just perfect. DH loved it, too. I used Cattleman's BBQ sauce and served with mashed potatoes and fresh steamed broccoli. Thanks!
