I whipped up marinade with what I had in the fridge to zing up my steaks. It's easy and can be marinated for a short or long time.
- 2 lbs steak
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (I prefer Bulls Eye regular or Bold)
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- Tabasco sauce (can be added to spice it up)
