BBQ chickens marinade with seasoning of red chili.


  1. In a large plastic zip bag place the chili mix, onion, paprika, garlic, salt, sugar and pepper. Close the zip bag and shake well. Set aside.
  2. With the chicken remove the wing tip and cut off the wings. Cup down the back side of the chicken and cut along the baby drum stick and pull and chicken wing and breast piece. Remove the chicken thick and leg. Remove away the fat and skin. Lightly coat in oil and place into zip loc bag and marinade overnight.
  3. Heat the BBQ pit to a medium heat and lightly oil the grill. Place the chicken piece onto the grill and BBQ for 30 to 40 minutes.
