  1. Brown chops in oil. Remove & keep warm.
  2. Add onion and pepper to skillet. Cook 5 minutes. Add barbecue sauce.
  3. Return chops to skillet. Spoon sauce over chops and simmer 3-5 minutes, turning chops once.

I made this recipe with my DS#1 so that he will begin to cook a few more things before he graduates from high school next spring. It was a success and he (the picky one) really liked it. He even asked "What are you going to teach me to make next?" Thanks for a yummy basic that my teen could prepare and the whole family enjoyed.
