These were very good. I loved the flavor, had everything on hand and HUBBY ate them up!!! Only thing is my cooking time all together was a hour (used bonless chops)
Great flavor. I halved the recipe and I used bone-in pork chops. I would say medium thickness and cooked them for 45 minutes covered and about 15 minutes uncovered. I was delighted that the meat was so tender.
Perfect. I used boneless pork loin chops, and they were really tender after they were cooked. I did cook them the full reccomended time. I like that there was extra sauce in the pan. I served this with garlic parmesan pasta salad. Excellent, and my family had no idea how easy it was!
These were yummy, though a bit sweet for y (and DH's) taste. That could be my fault though- I only had hickory BBQ sauce. Other than that, it was quick, easy, with this gorgeous thick sauce that just stuck to the chops! I bet kids would love this, it seems like a real family pleaser. I'll definitely make it again, as soon as I figure out a way to cut down the sweetness a little.
These pork chops are 1st. rate! Gosh, they're good. The sauce is excellent...So easy to mix up, spoon on the chops, cover all, and dinner is doing it's thing in the oven all by itself! You can bet I'll make these again! Thanks for sharing, Kim... Laudee
It didn't work for us. Also, the pork wasn't tender. Perhaps I'm missing something, because it sounded good.
Very flavorful and easy to make! Will definitely be serving these again.
These were quite tasty, but believe it or not, I found them a bit dry. Used some thick boneless pork chops which I thought would stay juicy...DH loved them though as they do have good flavor.
Based on everyone's raves and my mediocre review, I guess I did something wrong with this easy recipe. Chops were really tender, which was great, but sauce was runny and did not thicken, which I think it was suppose to in the 1/2 hour of baking uncovered. Or maybe it was suppose to be like this? Flavour wasn't there either, although I used our family favourite, "Diana's honey garlic".
