An idea from Schwann's.
- 2 cups pulled barbecued pork, with barbecue sauce
- 1 cup prepared Coleslaw
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced
- 8 slices bread
- 16 teaspoons butter (for spreading on bread)
- Assemble sandwich. 1/2 C pork, 1/4 C coleslaw, 1 slice cheddar cheese for each sandwich.
- Spread outer side of sandwich with butter. Grill until cheese melts.
