Very easy and delicious!
- 3 peaches, halved and peeled
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons brandy or 3 tablespoons sherry wine or 3 tablespoons Bourbon
- 50 g butter, melted
- Bbq (or fry in a grill pan) each peach half, cut side down.
- Spoon over half the melted butter and half the liqueur, and sprinkle with half the sugar.
- Bbq for 3-4 minutes. Turn over and repeat.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream.
