My husband and I love these meatballs. I make a double batch to freeze some for another time. I like to serve them over mashed potatoes or No Yolk egg noodles. Yummm....

I love Pioneer Woman (thepioneerwoman.com). This recipe was really good. I made mine with ground venison so I reduced the cooking time by 15 minutes. My son said it tasted EXACTLY like the meatballs in the meatball sandwiches at his SCHOOL. Not exactly the review I was going for, but I was pleased he tried and enjoyed them. I doubled the recipe and froze the other half of the meatballs for another time. Thanks for reposting this recipe.
LOVE THIS RECIPE! I was craving meatloaf this week and this recipe hit the spot. The sauce is addictive and will be my go to topping for meatloaf from now on. So glad to see this recipe is posted!
Youza! These were delcious. I love so many of the Pioneer Woman's recipes and this is one. I doubled the sauce just because we like lots of sauce and used 1 teaspoon onion powder instead of onion and served the meatballs over mashed potatoes. I do think next time I would cut back a little on the vinegar in the sauce but that is just a family preference. These take a little time to prepare, but they are worth it!!
