- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 10 -15 jalapeno peppers
- 10 -15 slices bacon
- garlic salt
directions
- Cream the cream cheese with the garlic salt.
- Snip end off the jalapeno, and remove seeds.
- Stuff with the cream cheese mixture (an icing tube works great!).
- Wrap each jalapeno with a bacon slice.
- BBQ til done, turning frequently so as not to burn.
