This was very good. I had a small honey ham that I didn't feel like baking, so I sliced it into 3/4 inch steaks. Used dijon for the mustard and balsamic for the vinegar. Also added a bit of maple syrup to the glaze- just watch them carefully!
Yum! A really tasty and quick glaze that was great over some packaged ham steaks.
Really nice flavour - super simple recipe!
This was so simple to make. I used 1 pack of take out hot mustard because that is what I had on hand. It worked out perfectly! This recipe made enough for 2 good size ham steaks.
This is really good, and my BF and I don't really care for ham that much. I used a little less honey and doubled the mustard. For vinegar, I used balsamic vinegar. This is our new main dish for alongside Grandma Potatoes.
We enjoyed this recipe, but next time I'll reduce the amount of honey just a little. I loved the ease of preparation and quick cooking time. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
I basted my ham steak with it last night and it was excellent! Very flavorful. I made just as posted and grilled my ham steak. Thank you for posting!!!
After one bite, my daughter said "If this came from recipezaar, give it 5 stars!". This was soooo easy and although I thought the ingredients seemed a little odd, they worked GREAT together. I did 6 boneless ham steaks in the broiler instead of the grill, and they couldn't have turned out better. Thanks for sharing! P.S. I used apple cider vinegar and horseradish mustard.
