A really tasty way to cook corn on the barbecue.
- Place each half cob of corn onto a sheet of aluminium foil large enough to wrap around the cob.
- Break each teaspoon of butter into small pieces and dot into a line across top of corn and sprinkle generously with black pepper.
- Roll foil up and cook over barbecue plate or grill for around 15 minutes, or until cooked to personal preference, turning often.
Very god corn, and east to make too! I did add in a little sea salt with the butter and pepper and cooked mine for about 23 minutes; the DSs like their corn really soft. Made for AUS/NZ Recipe Swap #57.
Delicious! What an easy way to prepare corn. I love that the butter is included in the individual packets. I also really enjoyed the black pepper, which I've never tried on corn before! I will definitely be using this recipe all summer. Thank you!
Very Good. Thanks for sharing.
