BBQ Cob of Corn With Pepper

A really tasty way to cook corn on the barbecue.

  1. Place each half cob of corn onto a sheet of aluminium foil large enough to wrap around the cob.
  2. Break each teaspoon of butter into small pieces and dot into a line across top of corn and sprinkle generously with black pepper.
  3. Roll foil up and cook over barbecue plate or grill for around 15 minutes, or until cooked to personal preference, turning often.

Very god corn, and east to make too! I did add in a little sea salt with the butter and pepper and cooked mine for about 23 minutes; the DSs like their corn really soft. Made for AUS/NZ Recipe Swap #57.

Delicious! What an easy way to prepare corn. I love that the butter is included in the individual packets. I also really enjoyed the black pepper, which I've never tried on corn before! I will definitely be using this recipe all summer. Thank you!
