This is quick, easy, and filling! My best friend and husband love it!

  1. Chop and wash Romaine Lettuce.
  2. Rinse the corn and blak beans, and chop the cucmber and tomatos. You can add any other veggies you'd like.
  3. Chop the chicken. (I often roast a whole chicken and then shred the chicken off the bone. It makes enough for a few chicken dishes all week).
  4. Follow the direction on the Ranch packet. However, subsitute 1/2 cup of mayo for bbq sauce. If you want low fat subsitute plain yogurt for the mayo. Then only use 3/4 cup of milk. This way the dressing isn't too runny.
  5. Put it all together!
