This is a pretty simple bbq chicken pizza, I tell myself it's healthy since it has more veggies on it!

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Mix together yeast, water, sugar and let set for 5 minute.
  3. Add in olive oil and mix in flour slowly.
  4. Let dough rise 30 minute.
  5. Combine all ingredients for sauce and set aside.
  6. Cook chicken and chop.
  7. Caramelize onions.
  8. Roll out dough onto a pizza pan.
  9. Spread sauce over dough.
  10. Layer on caramelized onions, peppers, black beans, corn and chicken.
  11. Top with cheese.
  12. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
  13. Enjoy!
