    This is a pretty simple bbq chicken pizza, I tell myself it's healthy since it has more veggies on it!

    Ingredients:

    Serves: 4

    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

      Mix together yeast, water, sugar and let set for 5 minute.
    3. 3
      Add in olive oil and mix in flour slowly.
    4. 4
      Let dough rise 30 minute.
    5. 5
      Combine all ingredients for sauce and set aside.

      Cook chicken and chop.
    7. 7
      Caramelize onions.
    8. 8
      Roll out dough onto a pizza pan.
    9. 9
      Spread sauce over dough.
    10. 10
      Layer on caramelized onions, peppers, black beans, corn and chicken.

      Top with cheese.

      Bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
