This recipe came from my mom, who got it from who-knows-where, but it's a family favorite. This also works well with game, like venison, elk or antelope. You could also shred the chicken after it's cooked and have BBQ Chicken sandwiches - yummy!

Ingredients Nutrition

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven, or other oven-proof casserole dish.
  3. Add chicken breasts.
  4. Cover and bake 45 minutes.
  5. Uncover and continue baking 30-45 minutes more or until sauce thickens.

My husband didn't marinate it, used boneless skinless chicken breast, and grilled it. We LOVED it. My kids cleaned their plates and we practically inhaled ours. Can't wait to see how it turns out when it's actually marinated. YUM. Thanks for the recipe :)
