Grilled corn on the cob is a wonderful thing. It is made even better smeared with this savory BBQ butter. This could also be used to top off a steak fresh off the grill. Use your favorite BBQ suace to make this as spicy or mild as you want. Adapted from a recipe by Tom Douglas. Yum.
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 1⁄4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- salt and pepper
- Mix all ingredients together completely.
- Refridgerate until ready to use.
- Spread on corn hot off the grill.
