Make and share this Bayou Sam's Counter Seasoning recipe from Food.com.
- 158.51 ml black lava sea salt, medium ground
- 59.14 ml black pepper, fine ground
- 4.92 ml cayenne pepper, fine ground
- 59.14 ml garlic powder
- Mix all well, seal in seasoning shaker and keep by your stovetop.
This will be a useful, versatile seasoning mix. I didn't have the black salt, so used grey and put everything in the spice grinder to blend. Will keep this handy near the stove. Made for Spring 2012 Pick a Chef game.
