This was a light, crunchy delight, and such a perfect foil for a spicy jambalaya meal! I used bagged angel hair cabbage and cut back the oil, but otherwise followed the recipe. I love the way the dressing comes together; it was almost creamy! I will use the technique of pureeing veggies for dressing again!! Made for zwt 9, for the Gourmet Goddesses.
