This drink is one that I came up with while bartending at a restaurant a couple of weeks ago. I recently served it at a Cinco de Mayo party, and it was a huge hit!

  1. Muddle pineapple and mint leaves in bottom of glass. Use a muddler, the flat end of a cooking spoon, etc.
  2. Add ice to fill glass.
  3. Add rest of ingredients, stir, and serve.
