- 118.29 ml low fat cottage cheese
- 29.58 ml lemon juice
- 29.58 ml chopped fresh dill
- 946.36 ml bay scallops, steamed
- 473.18 ml finely chopped celery
- 157.80 ml chopped green onion
- 59.14 ml light Italian salad dressing
- 340.19 g jumbo pasta shells
- lettuce leaf
directions
- Cook pasta shells according to package directions; drain and cool.
- Meanwhile, in a blender, combine cottage cheese, lemon juice and dill until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl; add cooked scallops, celery and onion and mix well.
- Spoon mixture into the shells. Drizzle with Italian dressing.
- Serve room temp or chilled on lettuce leaves.
