- 8 hot dogs
- 4 -6 cups cubed cooked potatoes
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can mushroom soup
- 2 cups sauerkraut, with juice
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- bakon yeast
- Cut weiners in 1" pieces.
- Mix and bake at 350 F in glass 8x10 pan approx 30 minutes.
- Garnish with mozzarella cheese last 5 minutes just to melt.
