Simple, fresh, tasty. This was a nice twist to our usual cucumber salad. This would be really good for hot summer days.
We loved this salad! I did misread the amount of mustard and added 1/4 cup instead of 1/4 teaspoon. It was still a nice tasting dressing but added a bit more sour cream and had a very creamy delicious dressing. Will be making this salad again and again!! Thank you Sackville for posting this wonderful recipe!
WOW!This was GREAT! I absolutley LOVED the flavors of the dressing and it was so easy and quick. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe and God Bless.
This came together quickly for me. Nice and creamy. I really loved the dressing, I found it was best when made the night before and eaten the next day. All the flavors had a chance to blend and meld. Beautiful and quick salad. Great picnic-fare!!
Yummy, easy, what's not to like? I enjoyed the flavors! Thanks!
Loved this dressing! I used 2 English cukes and a couple of handfuls of cherry tomatoes. Also, some slices of red and yellow peppers as I thought it would be pretty to have some additional colour. Did I mention I love this dressing? I'll be using it a lot!
This was very easy to make but the dressing was a bit too bland for our liking.I think next time I'll add some garlic to the dressing to give it a bit more of a bite.
How good is this salad? The two of us have have almost finished a double recipe I made yesterday! Brilliant color, texture and flavor. We loved the flavor of the sour cream, mustard, fresh dill and vinegar dressing which was just as good if not better the next day. I used 2 English cucumbers, 1 large and 3 small tomatoes which I chopped instead of slicing. I would not change anything. The only way to improve this salad, is to go out to your garden and pick your tomatoes and cucumbers fresh off the vines!
