- 907.18 g unpeeled shrimp, peeled
- 2.46 ml garlic powder
- 340.19 g jar orange marmalade
- 44.37 ml lemon juice
- 29.58 ml orange juice
- 14.79-29.58 ml horseradish
- 7.39 ml Dijon mustard
- 354.88 ml all-purpose flour
- 14.79 ml baking powder
- 4.92 ml salt
- 4.92 ml paprika
- 118.29 ml vegetable oil
- 236.59 ml cold water
- oil, to fry
directions
- Chill shrimp.
- Process marmalade, juices, horsey, and mustard in blender until smooth.
- Combine flour, b.p., salt and paprika in bowl. Slowly add oil and stir until mixture leaves the side of the bowl and forms a ball.
- Gradually add water, stirring until blended (batter will be thick).
- Dip shrimp and fry a few at a time in hot oil.
- Serve with sauce.
