This is good for fried mushrooms, onion rings, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, etc. Also good for fish and chicken strips. Enjoy.

I didn't get a crisp light batter, rather a thick doughy batter that never got crisp. Tasted a little "Pancakey". After adding Garlic Oregano, and more salt, the taste was ok, just not crispy. Fried it more, but not there.
