Found this in a compilation of recipes from the A.O.R.N. in Billings. I think it's a copycat of the cappuccino served at Batista's Hole in the Wall in Vegas.

  1. Mix all ingredients and boil.
  2. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.

Darn good cuppa coffee! Based on a preious review, I only used 1 1/2 cups of powdered milk and I thought it was just right. I did make it with brandy, but I think you could use Bailey's, Kalhua, or similar would be great in here, too. I will have to try all of the possibilities! ;) Thanx for sharing.

I loved it, but it would be perfect for me if it had less milk. Cocoa made the difference and added a slightly different taste to a plain cappuccino. Next time due to personnal taste I'll add less milk and no sugar. Thanks, for sharing this great coffe with us littleturtle!
