  • Combine all ingredients except the walnuts in a food processor and process until smooth. Stir in walnuts. Serve with raw vegetables for dipping. Any left overs are great in a sandwich the next day.

  1. Definitely different.. .I think it was better right after it was made, but hubby and neighbor liked it better on day two. I admit to having used pecans instead of walnuts which worked great and I used balsamic vinegar in place of the wine. . .next time I will cut the amt of vinegar in half. I served this with carrots and crackers for a fun appy. . .thanks!

I live in Keilor Downs, Victoria in Australia. I am a receptionist in Melbourne. My favorite cook books are anything Weight Watchers or Simply 2 good 2 be true also any muffin or scone cook books. I love cooking easy stuff but I love a challange ocasionaly on the weekends when i have a bit more time. My pet peeve is how much capsicum/bell peppers are in recipes now as i am elergic to them.
