Kari, I love pasta and this recipe is a definate keeper! I love the lemon, garlic and basil combination with the bowties! I haven't tried it cold yet, but I have a feeling the cold version will be every bit as tasty as the hot! Thanks for posting this recipe, Kari!

While this was simple and certainly nice tasting, I felt the parmesan cheese overpowered the flavours instead of complimenting them. Also the dish seemed a lot drier because it was coated with the cheese and that made it a tad unappetising. I DO like the simplicity of this recipe, and will definitely try this again, but I'll use parmesan cheese with more care.

This recipe has a great base. However, I think in the end it was too plain. I loved the overall taste, but it was missing some sort of "bang" to it. It could be that I used a large style of pasta shape, and maybe if I used a smaller shape or less quantity it would get a higher rank. I still like the overall idea of the recipe and I have room to play with it!

I found this recipe too be a little dry once the cheese was added. However it was a nice combination. I used limes as they are more common than lemons here with lemon basil.
