YUMMY! Both my hubby and son loved this dish. It was simple to make and there weren't any leftovers! The only thing I did differently was add some garlic as we're all big garlic fans. Thanks for such a great recipe!
Loved this. I really love basil so I just knew this would be a winner. We didn't use mushrooms because I'm not a big fan, but it still tasted great. I will definitley be cooking this again because it was super tasty!
This was wonderful! Loved the fresh basil in it. My family said I could make this anytime. I did follow the recipe pretty closely. I did probably use more basil. I didn't exactly measure it . I just threw a bunch of leaves in my food processor and dumped them in. Fabulous recipe and very easy. Thanks!
Pretty good. I actually forgot to get fresh basil, so I used the dried stuff. I'm sure it will better with the original. My only other change was a bit of extra cream since I had some leftover that was going to expire before I could use it. The sauce didn't thicken up as much as I'd like, but it was still a wonderful flavor. Best of all; hubby loved it, so I have a cream recipe we both enjoy!

Very good flavor - I used half and half instead of cream to cut the calories a little. I'll keep it in my "favorites"!
This was really good. However I did leave out the butter and just dusted 1/4 cup flour over the meat, stirred and let it roast 1 minute and then added the stock and cream. Works just as well without all that butter. :) Thanks for posting, this is a keeper.
