ingredients
- 354.88 ml corn, frozen and sweet
- 9.85 ml olive oil
- 7.39 ml balsamic vinegar
- 1.23 ml salt
- 236.59 ml tiny red and yellow tomatoes, halved
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 59.14 ml fresh basil, chopped
- 12 sliced pitted green olives
directions
- Combine all ingredients except oil, vinegar and salt in a bowl.
- Combine oil, vinegar and salt in a separate bowl.
- Pour over salad and mix.

<p>I recently lost 33 pounds though WW and am at my goal weight. My focus right now is learning to eat/cook from whole foods in as healthy a way as possible while maintaining real food qualities. Besides that, I enjoy writing romance fiction and video editing.
