This is the recipe I use to concoct endless varieties of fruit/yogurt smoothies. Be creative.
- 1 (8 ounce) container nonfat yogurt (or 1 cup)
- 1 cup frozen fruit
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1 cup fruit juice
- 1⁄3 cup dry milk
- Add all to blender.
- Blend 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Serve in a pretty glass with whipped cream and a straw.
