I loved it! You really need to have a cupboard full of spices. This is really easy to throw together. I cut the recipe in half and have lots of dredging available. I mixed it with some bread crumbs and coated my white fish prior to frying in a touch of oil. Gave it a nice touch of spice. Thanks for posting. :)

Perfectly wonderful seasoned flour for any type of cooking or dredging need. I used white whole wheat flour and did omit the ginger just b/c I don't really like the flavor of ginger in general. I've used this recipe for years now and keep a supply on hand always in an airtight container in my pantry. Thank you for posting!
This is an UPDATED review from my previous in late October of this year: I simply can NOT emphasize how GOOD this seasoned flour is!!! I use the same seasonings, but they're a little more "special". I will NEVER use "store bought" seasoned flour again...this is SOOOOO good!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing!!! :D
I've never made a seasoned flour but I'm sold on it, now! The combination of spices was fabulous and I loved the little kick of ginger in the ingredients! I used "as is" for Fried Green Tomatoes and added cornmeal to some of it for some Baked Catfish. Delish!! Made for Kittencal's Scandinavian Tag Game 2010.
