- 1 cup Roquefort cheese or 1 cup blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2⁄3 cup salad oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- Mash cheese with a little oil.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, vinegar and balance of oil.
- Shake well until creamy.
