  • 1 cup your-choice fruit juice

  2. Nice smoothie because of how easy it is. I used a 2 cup measure and filled it as full as I could with frozen rasberries and then finished it off with frozen strawberries. I used what I had in the fridge which was apple juice. A good basic smoothie. Thanks!
