  1. I'm sorry for being a newbie, but are there equivalent weight measurements for these ingredients to account for differences in humidity? Also what loaf size does this yield? 1 lb, 1.5 lbs or 2 lbs? Thanks!

  1. I've made this bread 3 times now. I have doubled the milk. The first time I made it, it was so dry my bread maker stopped turning....
     
  2. The texture of this bread is lovely, it rose well and is a great basic bread mix. I used duck eggs for the eggs and they worked a treat. Would love to experiment with additions to this recipe, thanks for posting!
     
  3. I made this bread and it came out beautifully. Actually my profile picture is the bread from this recipe. I did,however, add a little bit more milk to the recipe.
     
  4. This is the best tasting bread. I mmake it all the time. My husband is picky and this bread wows him. Great for any type of sandwich.
