A quick easy crepe batter that can be made sweet or savoury. Keeps well in the fridge for 2 days. For a sweet crepe add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon sugar/splenda to the recipe.

My first crepe making experience, and this recipe made it so simple. I did let my batter "rest" in the refrigerator as other recipes recommend. I was cooking up crepes in no time. I used them to make Chicken Cordon Bleu Crepes. I'm excited to experiment with all sorts of fillings.
