Easy to make crepes that you can stuff with your choice. We just use butter, roll them up and have with syrup.
- Whisk together flour and eggs. Gradually add in milk and water, stirring to combine. Add salt and butter; beat until smooth.
- Heat lightly oiled pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoup batter onto pan, approx 1/4 cup each. Tilt pan with circular motion to coat surface evenly.
- Cook about 2 minutes, until bottom is lightly brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.
