  • 473.18 ml left over vegetables, minced
  • 14.79 ml onion, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 236.59 ml stock or 236.59 ml vegetable water
  • 29.58 ml butter
  • 7.39 ml flour
  • 236.59 ml milk (rich)
  • 236.59 ml cooked vegetables
  • parsley

directions

  • Melt butter and saute one tablespoon onion in this for 5 minute.
  • blend in flour, salt and pepper.
  • stir in the milk slowly and then the stock.
  • bring to a boiling point.
  • add the rest of the vegetables and cook until vegetables are soft.
  • Place in a blender.
  • place some parsley to garnish before serving.
