    A basic& easy cheese sauce that I sometimes use over cooked cauliflower or broccoli.

    Directions:

      Melt butter in saucepan, add flour and seasonings and stir until blended.

      Gradually add milk and cook stirring constantly until thickened.

      Stir in cheese and heat until cheese melts and sauce is smooth.

      We tried this recipe last night, and it looked exactly like Tom Douglas's photo. We won't be using this recipe again.
