Posted for the Zaar World Tour 2005. This is a pretty cocktail that looks as amazing as the waters around the Great Barrier Reef!
- 60 ml gin
- 30 ml Cointreau liqueur
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 dash blue curacao
- Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake thouroughly and pour into a long drink glass.
- Garnish with your favourite garnish and serve immidiately!
This is nice, quite strong with the gin though, mum & I both enjoyed it.
Beautiful drink! I made these for a small group of friends pool side and we drank and giggled and then drank and giggled some more. You forget they are alcoholic they are so good but they can be a bit filling. Totally worth the calories. Summer is over already, anyway.
