Tasty Healthy Treat for those of us that need the protein, fiber and low sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease or spray a 9x13 pan.
  3. Mix together melted butter, vanilla, and egg substitute.
  4. Stir in sugars, peanut butter and applesauce.
  5. In a seperate bowl mix flour, wheat germ, salt, Baking powder, baking soda, Protein powder and the spices and sift over and into the egg and sugar mixture.
  6. Last add the Oatmeal, Apples. Cran raisins and if you choose to add them the Nuts. Stir until everything is mixed.
  7. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 40-45 minutes depending on your oven, or until they resemble brownies. Do not over bake!
  8. Cut into 24 bars and enjoy!
