  1. Very nice flavour!! I didnt have liquid smoke, and I forgot the black sauce, but did all the rest. Only complaint was from my son who said he felt they would have tasted just as good if I had PEELED the prawns first!!!! he has been toooo darn spoiled!!! BTW served this with Mirj's sesame noodles!!!! update: I made these again tonite, (tweaked but general idea), and I broke off the heads, and pulled out the vein, if visible, even better then the first time, and less whiners :) served with mama's supper club fish, (nile perch here) absolutely rave stuff!!!!

  2. WOW, I loved this and so did the family. My daughter will eat shrimp till it comes out her ears and she loved this recipe so much I thought she'd eat 'til she popped. Hubby loved it and so did I. I added some Franks red hot w/ lime to my portion, yummy!!!

I live in Sugar Land, Texas. I love to try new recipes. My husband jokes that if he likes something, I never make it again for 6 months! My children are very picky, but do have their favorites that I try to include in our menu more often than every 6 months.
