This recipe may be used with any type of ribs. Cutting the ribs after they are grilled makes a more attractive presentation.
- At least one hour before cooking, rub fresh oregano into meat, wrap tightly and refrigerate.
- Bring ribs to room temperature and grill on a medium heat.
- Baste with barbecue sauce and turn every 10 minutes.
- Grill approximately 45 minutes or until browned.
