- 1 lb link sausage
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons cranberry sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- Cook the sausages over medium hot coals for about 15 minutes, turning from time to time.
- Meanwhile, mix together the remaining ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Brush a little of the mustard mixture on the sausages for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Serve the sausages with the remaining mustard sauce on the side.
