Great flavour! We liked the taste of these burgers but I had a problem making them. When I added the sauce to the burger mixture, it became very soupy and the patties would not stay together. I cooked these in a pan which I'm glad I did because they would have gone right through the BBQ grates. I would either not add the sauce to the burgers and top the burger with if it after or use just a couple of tablespoons in the mixture. Like I said, the taste is great so we did these for dinner, they were just crumbled. Made for my adopted chef for Spring PAC 2013. Thanks Beautiful6arbage! :)
