Baked barbecued beans with ground beef & onions. Simple & delicious side dish for a cookout, potluck, picnic or family meal. Goes great with ribs, coleslaw and cornbread for a hearty dinner.

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat; sauté ground beef with onions until beef is browned and onions are tender.
  2. Pour off excess fat, and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

This was just a huge hit at a potluck. I followed the recipe as written but with a bit of mustard added. This was the only dish that ended up empty!! Really easy to do and sure much appreciated. Thanks for the post littleturtle.

We just loved this! I added a touch more Tabasco and brown sugar to suit our taste. I serve this with pulled pork barbecue and potato salad! Thanks littleturtle!
