A fabulous fruity and quite spicy BBQ sauce - the list of ingredients may seem daunting, but the combination worked extremely well - giving a complex and full bodied taste. The consistancy was superb - not too thin and thick enough to coat the chicken without running off. The weather was not kind, so an outside BBQ was not on the agenda - therefore, I cooked a couple of chicken breasts on the gas stove in a cast iron griddle pan, to great effect! I made a few small changes; I had no whole grain mustard, so I used fine Dijon mustard. I also used a relish, albeit a fruity relish, instead of the chutney. A fabulous BBQ sauce and incidently, a GREAT colour as well! Made for Photo Tag - we BOTH loved the tangy and spicy flavour Zuri - thanks! :-) FT
